Shabana Azmi REACTS to Farhan Akhtar & Shibani Dandekar’s pregnancy rumours; says, “There’s no truth to it”

Actress Shabana Azmi recently reacted to Farhan Akhtar and and his wife Shibani Dandekar’s ongoing pregnancy rumours. She clarified that the rumours are untrue and there is no truth to the reports that are surfaced on the internet.

The speculation started when a media report claimed that the duo was preparing to welcome their first child, sending social media into a frenzy.

Speaking to ETimes, Shabana stated that, “There’s no truth to it.” She has effectively shut down the chatter, confirming that there is no baby on the way for the duo.

Shibani started dating Farhan Akhtar in 2018, just after his divorce from Adhuna Bhabani in 2017. For the unversed, Farhan shares two daughters, Shakya and Akira, with his ex-wife and hairstylist, Adhuna Bhabani. The actor, director, and producer, is celebrating his 51st birthday today, January 9.

On the work front, he is currently focusing on his next acting project – 120 Bahadur. Set against the backdrop of the 1962 Indo-China war, the film features Farhan as Major Shaitan Singh. He also has the much-awaited Don 3 in the pipeline as a director.
